Here's another crazy idea.
You have limited to no control of your life and the events that impact it.
Take it from a guy who thought good people always won, even after the fight - you have limited to no control of your life and the events that impact it.
I'm willing to bet that you have a good heart with pure intentions, yes, you. I genuinely believe that people are inherently good and have greater purpose resting on them in the unseen.
But for every bit of good that's given to the world, there's more that can be taken by this world.
It's an intense realisation - no one cares that you try to do right, not even the universe you exist in.
Now, in as much as I enjoy thinking about the universe, I do feel that it's not even the tip of the true spiritual experience some of us are looking for but that's where most folks stop. ''Trust the universe'', and what not.
I don't think it's a bad thing, it's just arbitrary - leaves way too many things up to chance and the universe is so huge that we can't possibly mean anything to it.
But I'm getting ahead of myself.
We exist in a crazy and chaotic possibility space where things can happen for no reason. No one cares if you're fair to people because they have a choice to be unfair to you for no reason. No one cares about your positive cause because a negative effect may come for no reason.
It's traumatising, and it's something else entirely when you can detect something in your heart beginning to fracture - knowing that you're being traumatised. You can keep a brave face for a while, sure, but something's gotta give.
For me, it was always needing answers. I rely, mostly, on logic and reason - for things to go spectacularly wrong, there must be a reason for it. I could not, please understand me, could not proceed with my existence until I'd acquired the information necessary to identify signs preemptively and immediately effect alterations to keep things from spiralling out of control.
But, let's look up for a bit:
Clouds are awesome, they're there and suddenly they aren't, for no reason. Maybe they float somewhere else, or disappear altogether but I imagine that you wouldn't get too bummed out about it because you'll see pretty clouds again soon enough.
The things we get attached to can be like that, the people, the places... the memories; all like a nostalgic daydream.
When they're above you, it can be magical thing and when they go, it's sobering.
When times are great, it's magical and when they end, it's sobering.
Things have happened to us for no reason, and it will continue in that fashion.
But I found a semblance of liberation when I realised that ''no reason'' was the reason. Like I said, I need answers for everything, but I won't always get answers because we don't always get what we want - often for no reason. I'm in a space now, though, where I can regulate my need for answers.
Have you ever gotten rid of something for no reason? When things have no function, you might as well let it go, right?
Maybe you've been let go like that before, but you've probably let go of something like that before - decluttering yourself.
It's like transmigrating.
Bad things happen because they can, and that's it.
Here's my response - I let it pass me by for no reason, because I can.
It's a great place to sit and have those breakdowns after a tumultuous time, and you may need to stay there longer than you think but you'll be outta there sooner than you think.
Things can happen for no reason, and it stinks because that's you being destroyed.
For no reason.
It isn't easy but I believe that even if it's for no reason now, there'll come a time where you begin to see the absence of a reason to be the best reason to move forward - unhindered.
For no reason.
Oh, just a heads-up; if you want to read about a different crazy idea, take a stroll through https://upgradedmindpalace.blogspot.com/2020/02/heres-crazy-idea.html.
I didn't know while I was typing it, but I was setting myself up for continuity and context. I guess we'll both see where this goes when we get there.
Happy March, everyone! Thank you for staying long enough for me to thank you. 😄
